Tony and Lion Games offer the lowest prices on new releases as well as the best customer service I have ever experienced. E-mails are always returned quickly and politely, and Tony includes a personal touch in his responses as well as his invoices. Like many others, I had never heard of Lion games. Thanks to someone on the Bungie forums, I decided to purchase Bioshock, Halo 3 and Mass Effect for the super low prices!! I had a friend that said I wouldn't get my games from an unknown web site, but when I did...he was envious of the prices I payed and the time frame of shippping!! I couldn't be more happier and the hand written thanks on each invoice is a great personal touch! Tony has me as a returning customer!!!! Keep up the great work!

I bought Mass Effect in February for 39.99 total. I thought this deal was too good to be true and was worried that I was giving money to a scam. However on November 20th, Liongames made sure that Mass Effect was laying on my doorstep. That means that I got Mass Effect on the day of release, as fast and in some cases faster than anyone else for 20 dollars off retail price. Thank you Liongames, you will have all of my video game business from now on, can't wait for GTA4! Thanks Tony!

Great service! Fast shipping. I got Mass Effect a day late, but that wasn't Tony's fault. For some reason the USPS decided to shipped it 2 days after Tony send it to them! I'll be back for any future gaming need!

Outstanding site. I've bought four games and traded in two. The prices for new games and the value for trade-ins is better than anywhere else, add this to uniformly excellent customer service and there's no reason not to get games from Lion Games. Get the best value and support a small business that caters to gamers. It's a no-brainer.

I am very happy I found this site. My first purchase was Halo 3 (for $40!!!), which arrived quickly and in perfect condition! I received an email letting me know when the game was being sent out, and it arrived with a hand-written note. Liongames is the real deal. Excellent prices and very quick shipping. You never really know what you're going to get when you purchase online from a store without a 'big name', but my experience with Lion Games has been 100% positive. The prices are lower than anywhere I've seen, the customer service is great, and shipping is both cheap and fast -- not a common combination among online game stores. I've been recommending this store to my friends and so far, none have had a negative experience. Well done all around.

When I heard that Lion Games was selling BioShock pre-orders for *considerably* less than the competition I was skeptical. But I took a chance and placed my order. Then I saw all the great used games for sale and ordered one. Tony let me combine two separate transactions into one shipment to save us both time and money. My stuff arrived on time and in perfect condition. Forget Ebay and GameStop. I'm buying from Lion Games from now on. Keep up the great service, Tony!

I just started using Lion Games a few days ago and so far I like it a lot, especially the prices. The only major problem I have with it right now is there were a few games I was interest in buying but could not find them, FEAR (Xbox360), and a few older Xbox titles. I first heard about this through anandtech forums. I couldn't believe the fast shipping from across the country. Tony doesn't have control over the parcel service, but he does make sure the packages get to the post office on time. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my mailbox. It was packaged with care, and included a handwritten thank you note. That goes a long ways.
Tony studied this business well, and took notes to say the least. Surprising in today's "make a fast buck" world.

I was a bit skeptical at first when I first heard Lion Games was offering Halo 3 for such a low price, but after speaking with Lion Games customer service, which is basically Tony, the owner, I decided to give them a chance, and I wasn't disappointed. I just received The Darkness from them today, and I couldn't be happier.
They are #1 in customer service.
Forget EB! Forget Gamestop! This is the only place you should buy or sell your games PERIOD!!

Wow, awesome customer service. Tony goes above and beyond the call of duty as a retailer.
Lion Games is primed to kick the asses of the other retailers with a pair of steel toed boots.
I dare anyone to find any other game retailer that will go as far as Tony does to make sure that you're happy.
To heck with my local EB, using Gamer Gift Cards, or other wonky deals to get a good price on a game. Tony's got it right now for a good price.
