If you receive a defective game, you must let us know within 10 days of receipt. We will replace it for you once we have received the defective game and inspect it. We are not responsible for games damaged by customer’s units. Unopened games may be returned within 10 days for store credit only. Customer is responsible for 100% of shipping costs unless the item is received defective.
